Does your dating life feel more like a ping pong tournament?

Are you bouncing back and forth between the nice guy/ sweet girl and then back to the bad boy/ crazy chick? If so, you may suffer from ping-pong syndrome. If you end up with the crazy chick/ bad boy, break it off and find the next safe guy or girl, you may bounce from one extreme to the next.

Stop the tournament and think of the last 4 relationships you’ve had. Take a piece of paper and divide it into quarters. Wright down each name of the last 4 people you have dated on each section. Then list all their qualities underneath, good and bad.

Do you see a pattern? Are you bouncing back and forth between two personalities of which neither has worked out in the past? I’m sure each person had good and bad qualities. Now take the good traits from all 4 relationships and make a 5th new section on the back of the paper. This is the person you should try to seek out. The net in the middle of the ping pong table.
